LAWRENCE "LARRY" F.

Age 86, of Swisshelm Park, PA, entered eternal rest on May 19, 2026. He was the cherished husband of Patricia (Pat) Furry, with whom he shared a beautiful marriage of nearly 65 years. Loving father of Janice (Bryan) Kyle, Sharon (Frank) Collins and Kevin (Heather) Furry. Cherished grandfather of Taylor and Colin Kyle, Shannon and Caitlin Collins and Maria Furry. Also survived by his dear sister-in-law, Susan Harter; and nephew, Joshua (Danielle) Harter. He will be remembered by many beloved family and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Eva Marie Furry; and aunt, Ann "A" (Fred) McCauley.

Larry and Pat were active parishioners of St. Anselm Roman Catholic Church for the last 64 years. Larry was a man with deep Catholic faith. He served as an Eucharistic Minister at Saint Anselm Church, bringing sacraments to those who were homebound. Larry extended his Christian faith in action throughout his life.

Above all, he treasured time spent with his family and friends. Larry created traditions and memories that will be carried on by his loved ones. He was a proud member of the Knights of Columbus. He built a successful career in the grocery industry and approached every chapter of his life with integrity, humor, and uncommon resilience.

Friends and family will be received at THOMAS L. NIED FUNERAL HOME, on Friday, May 22, 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12 p.m., at Saint Joseph the Worker Parish/St. Maurice Church, on Saturday, May 23. Followed by interment at All Saints Braddock Catholic Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made in Larry's name to Hillman Cancer Center or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
