Age 85, of Moon Township, formerly of Bloomfield, passed away on Tuesday, October 7, 2025. Beloved wife of the late Russell O. Carlisle, who she was married to for 64 years; loving mother of Leah (Albert) Erwin, Debra Schmidt and the late Lance Carlisle; cherished grandmother of Barbara Keller; devoted great-grandmother of Benjamin and Greyson Erwin. Leah worked at West Penn Hospital as a patient care tech for 35 years. She loved spending time with her great-grandchildren. She was known for her radiant smile, kind heart, and the joy she brought to everyone around her. She found happiness in life's simple pleasures -- spending time outdoors, sharing laughter with friends, and caring for animals of all kinds. Her love for nature and adventure was matched only by her warmth and compassion for others. Her generosity and kindness touched countless lives, and she will be remembered for her unwavering positivity and love. Family and friends are welcomed at the WALTER J.
