LEEANN (CLOONAN)

Age 72, of Avalon, passed peacefully on Sunday, August 31, 2025. Daughter of the late William Cloonan and Gladys (Harvey) Cloonan; beloved wife of Fred Frauenfeld; loving mother of Sandi Nusskern and husband, Dave; proud grandmother of Nate, Maya, and Noah Nusskern; adoring sister of William Cloonan and wife, Sue; doting aunt of Jennifer Cloonan, Kira and Kendra Buncke, William Cloonan, Michelle, and Liam Chad Cloonan and Jas. Grand-Dogs, Buddy, Mack, and Otto. Also survived by many loving family and friends.

LeeAnn was a devoted wife, Mom, and Gigi. LeeAnn loved life, and enjoyed spending every day smiling and laughing. She never missed an opportunity to spend time with her family and friends. From traveling with her husband all around the world, to being a #1 fan and cheerleader to her grandkids, nieces, and nephews at all of their games and special events. LeeAnn cherished her friendships and enjoyed lunch dates and parties with her lifelong friends. Her love of warm weather and sunshine took her to her Avalon Pool, her happy place, as well as many fun vacations. She looked forward to celebrating Christmas all year long and carried this kind and generous spirit throughout the year. LeeAnn will be dearly missed and her legacy of love will live on.

Friends received Friday, September 5, 2025, from 4-8 p.m. at LAWRENCE T. MILLER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 460 Lincoln Ave., Bellevue. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, September 6, 2025, 12 noon at Regina Coeli Parish, Church of the Assumption.
