Age 80, of Finleyville, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on October 28, 2025, at Jefferson Hospital.

Born on April 6, 1945, in Pittsburgh, PA, she was the daughter of the late Christopher and Grace Scherer. She was the beloved wife of the late William C. Haslett; and the devoted mother of the late Dean Haslett, Dale Haslett, Sr. and Dana (Shane) Messina.

Linda was the proud grandmother of Dale Haslett, Jr. and McKenna Axel; as well as the step-grandmother of Sierra (John) DiBartolomeo and Ian Messina.

She devoted much of her life to caring for her disabled son, a role she fulfilled with great love and pride.

The family will be forever grateful to Sandy and Jill Banaszak, whose friendship, care, and support over the past several years ensured Linda was well cared for, driving her to appointments, taking her shopping, and, most importantly, being loving companions.

Though her later years brought challenges with her health and eyesight, she is now whole again, able to see clearly and reunited with her beloved son and husband.

She will be remembered for her strength, devotion, loving heart, and for her love of shopping on QVC. She always loved finding the next deal or gadget to share with family and friends.

Funeral services will be private and handled by JEFFERSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME.
