LOIS "LOTUS BLOSSOM" F.


Age 100, passed away peacefully, on Monday, June 15, 2026. She was the only child of Henry and Margaret M. "Peg" (Gottschalk) Friday; she was raised in Lawrenceville, PA. Lois' mother, Peg, was the oldest of ten children. Lois was blessed to grow up with dozens of Gottschalk aunts, uncles and cousins. She was a professional shopper, and enjoyed playing golf at the Churchill Valley Country Club, and loved bowling and playing bridge. Lois was happiest when in the company of her grandsons. She is survived by one son, Scott H. Wardle and his fiancée, Christen Wisinski; three grandsons, Justin Wardle, Christian Wardle and Matthew Wardle. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Margaret Friday; her husband, William "Bill" Wardle; and one son, Thomas W. Wardle. The family will honor Lois in private burial.
