LOUISE H. "LEE"
Louise H. "Lee" Kapfer, 69, of Brentwood, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 14, 2025. Lee is survived by her loving sisters, Marie (Norm) Schwartzmeier and Elda (Rich) Bertan; nephews, Jim (Emily) Schwartzmeier, Dominic (Nicole) Bertan and Benjamin Bertan; great-niece, Lexie; and great nephew, Thomas Schwartzmeier; and many loving cousins and dear friends. Predeceased by her mother, Joyce C. DeGasperi; and survived by her father, Frank A. DeGasperi.
Lee dedicated several decades to the hospitality industry before retiring from the DoubleTree Hotel downtown Pittsburgh, a member of the Elmhurst Group.
She valued and cherished her time with her family and friends, cared for her rescue animals, and looked forward to traveling to Florida with her family each year. Lee also enjoyed reading a good book while relaxing in the sun.
Services are private and entrusted to JEFFERSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME INC., 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pleasant Hills, PA 15236. A Celebration of Life for Lee will be announced at a later date.
