Madeline (Marziale) U'Ren passed away on Easter morning, April 5, 2026. Madeline was born on November 17, 1935, in Pittsburgh, PA to Theresa (Gallo) Marziale and Egisto Marziale.

Madeline is survived by daughters Sandy (Roy) DeLorenze and Becky (Justin) DeStefano; son Dan (Dawn) U'Ren; grandsons Jason (Elizabeth) DeLorenze and Nicholas (Madison) DeStefano; granddaughters Lauren DeLorenze and Emily (Chase) Brown; great-granddaughters Alice DeLorenze, Eleanor DeLorenze, Lila Pfeifer, and Vonetta DeStefano; and great-grandson Lorenzo Brown. She also leaves behind her late daughter Kelly's longtime life partner, Scott Mikulla, and his daughter, Barbara, along with many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Madeline was predeceased by her husband, Steven U'Ren; by her beloved life companion of many years, Richard Nolan; by her daughter, Kelly U'Ren Moody; and by her siblings Mary Perry, Henry Marziale, Arthur Marziale, Josephine Anzaldi, and Fred Marziale.

Madeline enjoyed working in the North Hills High School cafeteria. During the time that two of her grandchildren attended school there, she loved joking around with them and their friends and appreciated the opportunity to keep an eye on them.

Before Madeline and Rick began experiencing declining health, they were blessed with many happy years of travel, breakfast at Valliant's and other local places, and activities with family and friends. She was also a huge Steelers fan with a special soft spot for Hines Ward.
