MARGIT "GITTA"

Margit "Gitta" Markos (née Vasarhelyi-Szabo), born on February 5, 1929, in Szekesfehervar, Hungary, to parents, Julianna (née Knitthoffer) and Gyorgy Vasarhelyi-Szabo, passed away peacefully on September 13, 2025. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Julius Markos; her sister, Alice Devenyi; her brother, George Szabo; and her niece, Alice Devenyi. She is survived by her nieces and nephews, Ildiko Seitzer, Aniko Kaye, Istvan Devenyi, Attila Devenyi, Cecilia Devenyi, Jacqueline Szabo, George Szabo, Laura Szabo, and Michelle Szabo.
