MARILYN L. "LEE" TRYBUS Obituary

On Thursday, March 6, 2025. Beloved wife of Harry Trybus; loving mother of Monica (Jeff) Schneider and the late Mark Rieger; stepmother of Holly (Mike) Biro and Beth (Troy) Lucas; proud grandmother of Christian Schneider, Matthew and Logan Biro, and Madison and Zach Lucas; sister of the late Ronald D. (Marie survives) Fowler.

Lee dedicated 12 years as an EDI coordinator at H.J. Heinz, bringing her sharp mind and problem-solving skills to her work. Before making that career leap at age 50, she spent three decades at Mellon Bank, where she held various roles, including developing fraud detection systems when credit cards were first introduced—a testament to her forward-thinking nature.

In her later years, Lee found joy in cooking, canning, and orchestrating the perfect arrangement of flowers on her beloved deck garden each spring. Her husband, ever patient with her many planting plans, had a signature response to every request: "Yes, dear."

She also loved traveling with friends, whether it was attending NASCAR races, fishing in Key West, or simply making memories along the way. Her feisty spirit and unwavering determination will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Now, she can finally say "Spock you" to the pain and rest peacefully.

Per her wishes, no formal services will be held. Instead, her deck garden will bloom once more this spring, with a celebration of her life to follow in June or July.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the SZAFRANSKI-EBERLEIN FUNERAL HOME INC.
