West Deer Twp. - Age 100, of West Deer Township, formerly of Hampton Township, passed away on Wednesday, February 18, 2026.

Born April 13, 1925, in Bellevue, she was the daughter of the late Albert E. and Helen W. (Hoerr) Robertson.

She married Herbert R. King, Jr. on May 11, 1951. Together they were co-owners of Herbert R. King, Jr. Funeral Home, Inc., and King's Dairy Bar.

Marion was a member of Hampton Presbyterian Church, where she served as deacon and elder. She volunteered for Vacation Bible School and Meals on Wheels. She served on the Board of the Salvation Army, the Board of Christian Literacy Associates, and as Hampton Township Controller. She enjoyed playing cards and tending her flower gardens.

She is survived by her children, Marcia Dunphy and her husband, Patrick of McCandless Township; Dawn Roerink of Marshall Township; Scott King and his wife, Anna of Chagrin Falls, Ohio; grandchildren, Brandon (Reiko) Dunphy, of Cranberry Township; Kyle (Silvia) Roerink, of Reno, Nevada; Collin Roerink, of Ross Township; Carly (Levi) Plocher and Andrew King, both of Ohio; two great grandchildren, Noah Dunphy and Elliott Roerink.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert, who passed away on July 9, 2013; her sister, Carol Brueckman; and her sister-in-law, Lois Kessler.

Marion's family will welcome friends from 4-7 p.m. on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at King Funeral Home & Cremation Services, LLC, 2841 Woodland Circle in Allison Park, PA.

A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, February 20, at the King Funeral Home.

She will be laid to rest at Hampton Cemetery in Allison Park.

The family suggests memorial donations in Marion's honor be made to Hampton Presbyterian Church, 2941 E. Hardies Road, Gibsonia, PA 15044, or Christian Literacy Associates, 541 Perry Highway, Pittsburgh, PA 15229-1857.
