Marlene DeHaas, peacefully passed away on March 27, 2026, at the age of 90 in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania. Born on June 15, 1935, in Cleveland, Ohio, Marlene lived a life marked by love and dedication to her family and friends.
She was the loving wife of the late Max C. DeHaas and cherished mother of the late Phyllis. Marlene is survived by her dear brother William (Kathy), along with Sylvia Wince, Ron DeHaas, Douglas DeHaas, Brian Plautz, Jeffrey Plautz and Abbey Johnson. Throughout her life, she demonstrated unwavering strength and kindness and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society at 333 E. Cason Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, in honor of Marlene's memory.
The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to Bridges Hospice and Ridgecrest at Cranberry for their compassionate care during her final days.
