Additionally she is survived by three sisters and three brothers, Mimi, Cora, Mary, Peter, Luke, and Paul, and two grandchildren, Ali and McKayla. A funeral mass will be held at St. Isidore the Farmer Parish, St. Alphonsus Church in McDonald at 11AM January 17, with celebration luncheon at the parish hall at noon to 2 pm. Private family burial service on Monday, January 19 at Resurrection Cemetery.

A separate celebration of life service will be scheduled in Washington DC at the end of February or early March for the vibrant poetry community she leaves behind.
