MARY "CATHY"

Mary "Cathy" Sellers, age 77, passed away on Wednesday, September 24, 2025.

Beloved wife of the late Michael D. Sellers; mother of the late Amy and stepson, Tim Sellers; daughter of the late Paul and Margaret Imhoff; and sister of the late Joyce Imhoff.

Cathy is survived by her adored children and stepchildren, Emily Sellers, Kathy (Larry) Johnson, Brian Sellers, Samantha (John) Sellers; her extended family, Dan (Cindy) Heim, and Justin (Sabrina) Heim; her cherished siblings, Donna (Craig) Nunamaker, Tom (Mary E.) Imhoff, Paul (Karen) Imhoff, Jim (Mary Francis) Imhoff, Michael (Bonnie) Imhoff, Tim (Chris) Imhoff, and Suzanne (Don) McGreevy; her dear friends, Joanne (Ken) Loy, Judy Thurner, and Brenda Acquard; and numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

She retired from working as an executive secretary at Dietrich. Cathy was an avid gardener and tennis player; her true passion was traveling, which led her to living abroad in Taiwan, the Philippines, and Indonesia. Cathy will be remembered for being the strongest lady in the room. As the matriarch of the family, she held so much love for her family and had a generous heart.

Arrangements by BEINHAUER FUNERAL HOME. Family and friends welcome on Friday, October 3, 2025, from 2 p.m.-4 p.m. and 6 p.m.-8 p.m., at 2630 W Liberty Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15216, 412-531-4000. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on 10 a.m., Saturday, October 4, 2025, at St. Winifred Church, St. Paul of the Cross Parish. Entombment will follow services at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.

The family gives special thanks to Family Hospice and the nurses and doctors at Presbyterian Hospital. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Family Hospice.
