FISCHER

MARYANN B. (LISKO)

Of Ross Township, passed away on Friday, February 6, 2026, born December 17, 1937, in Pittsburgh, PA. Daughter of the late William and Anna Lisko. Beloved wife of 68 years to the late Richard Fischer. Loving mother of Eric R. Fischer (Victoria) and Todd A. Fischer (Lynn). Sister of the late William Lisko (Elaine). Proud grandmother of Madisen. She was also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother who had a great love for family and hosted many family gatherings to bring everyone together. She met Richard, the love of her life, when they were just 16 and they married at age 18 after her mother taught Richard how to dance. She loved to dance! She missed Richard everyday since his passing and is now with him, dancing in heaven.

Maryann loved to learn and after working as a legal secretary for many years, went back to school and pursued her degree in nursing. Maryann was an amazing baker and her homemade cheesecake was second to none. Hosting family holiday gatherings and Sunday dinner was truly something she enjoyed the most in life. Family was everything to her. Anyone who knew Maryann appreciated her quick wit and loved her. She will be deeply missed by us all. Friends received Thursday, February 12, 2026, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at LAWRENCE T. MILLER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 460 Lincoln Ave., Bellevue. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, February 13, 2026, at Christ Our Savior Parish, St. Boniface Church, 10:00 a.m. Entombment will follow at Christ Our Redeemer Cemetery.
