Age 68, of Allison Park, on Wednesday, January 7, 2026. Beloved husband of 30 years of Aliza (Sylvis) Balcer; loving father of Taylor Jessica Balcer; son of the late Stanley M. and Bernardine C. (Koncewicz) Balcer, Jr.; brother of Cynthia A. (the late John) Jablonski and Brian M. (Aleta M.) Balcer; son-in-law of Michele and the late Howard Sylvis; brother-in-law of Don Sylvis and the late Greg Sylvis; uncle of Jennifer Jablonski; great-uncle of Mason Cleaver; also survived by aunts, uncles and numerous cousins and friends. Mike was an employee at the former Equitable Gas Company and a current Peoples employee for over 47 years. He was an avid golfer and Pittsburgh sports fan.
