MILDRED "MILLIE" GRACE (KENNELLY)
Age 80, of Swissvale, passed away peacefully Sunday, February 22, 2026. Beloved wife of the late Jeremiah "Jerry" O'Carroll; mother of Jerry (Shelly) O'Carroll, Colleen Kodman, Eileen (Phil) Macioce, Kerri (Steve) Marbach and Maureen (Kevin) Fallon; beloved "MiMi" to Adeline, Hannah, Andrew, Grace, Cece, Miah, Naos, Charlie, Tegan, Diarmid, and Finn; sister of Peggy (Bobby) Evans and the late Mary Exler and Nancy Bosack; also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins. (at Rodi Rd.), Penn Hills on Friday, February 27, 2026, from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Funeral prayers will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at 9:15 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Jude Parish, St. Raphael Church, 1154 Chislett Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15206 at 10 a.m.
