Age 90, born September 11, 1935, in Pittsburgh, PA, passed away March 19, 2026, at the Passavant Senior Life community in Zelienople, PA. Nadine was the beloved mother of Dennis W. Simon and his wife, Yvonne, Paul Simon and his wife, Wendy. Grandmother of Spencer and Dillon Simon.
Our beloved mother, Nadine, was a shining example of a caring heart, a forgiving spirit, and an eternally optimistic outlook on life. In 1977, she moved from Pittsburgh to the Dallas-Fort Worth area, where she joyfully continued to spread her warmth and enthusiasm through her work and devoted volunteerism at the Green Hills Environmental Center.
Her professional journey later brought her to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) offices near Falls Church, VA, where she served with dedication, until her retirement at the age of 70. Nadine then returned to her Pittsburgh roots, finding a loving new home within the warm community at Passavant Senior Life in Zelienople. Far from slowing down, her retirement became the beginning of an even more vibrant chapter— one filled with meaningful volunteering and programs that always benefited others.
Known far and wide for her deep faith, unwavering optimism, her deep compassion for everyone around her, and her beautiful capacity for forgiveness, Nadine touched countless lives with her kindness and positive spirit. She leaves behind a legacy of love, resilience, and hope that will forever live on in the hearts of her family and all those blessed to know her.

No Visitation. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, March 23, at 11:00 a.m., at Passavant Community Seaman Memorial Chapel, 103 Burgess Drive, Zelienople, PA.
