Bethel Park - Age 91, of Bethel Park, passed away on Thursday, November 13, 2025, surrounded by her children. Nancy was the daughter of the late Albert and Myrtle Froehlich; wife of the late Eugene P. McCloskey, her partner for 68 years. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Norma (Froehlich) Trussell, Geraldine (Froehlich) Sippel; and her brother, Albert Froehlich.
Nancy's greatest joys in life were her children, Michael McCloskey (Suzanne) and Beth McCloskey Carson (Donald); and her grandchildren, Alana Carson Macbeth (William) and Amy Carson.
She worked as a nursery school aide at Ruthfred Lutheran Church and later worked as a secretary for Wesley Institute of Highland Youth Services. Nancy played the piano and also was a skilled painter. She enjoyed crochet, needlepoint, and various other crafts.
Nancy smiled a lot and loved to laugh. She was blessed with a loving family and cherished friends and neighbors. God's gifts and blessings far exceeded any expectations she had for life here on earth. She looked forward to His Kingdom to come and is now in Glory.
Family and friends will be received from 10 A.M. to 12 P.M., on Thursday, November 20, at Ruthfred Lutheran Church, where Funeral Services will begin at 12 P.M. Burial will follow at Bethel Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Ruthfred Youth Ministry or the Ruthfred Music Ministry at her beloved church, Ruthfred Lutheran Church, 3401 South Park Road, Bethel Park, PA 15102. Arrangements handled by PAUL HENNEY CREMATION & FUNERAL TRIBUTES, Bethel Park.
