PATRICIA ANN WHEELER FORGEY BISSERT Age 82, of Pittsburgh, passed away Thursday, April 15, 2021, at home. Born on January 24, 1939, the daughter of the late Robert and Evelyn Wheeler. Pat is survived by her children, David Forgey (Denise Farmer) and Deborah Dominguez (Michael Carpenter); step-children, Elizabeth (William) Matthew, Christine Bissert, David (Kimberly) Bissert, and Timothy (Lori) Bissert; son-in-law, Thomas Fischer; grandchildren, Amanda (Eston) Walden, Rebecca (Corey) Knight; step-grandchildren, Jonathan Matthew, Jason Matthew (fiancé, Liz), Peter (Ashley) Bissert, Kathryn (Travis) Taylor, Kelsie Bissert, Matthew (Celena) Bissert; great-grandchildren, Mya and Landyn Knight; step-great-granddaughter Addison Taylor, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Walter Vernon Forgey, second husband, Frederick Bissert, daughter-in-law, Joann Algeri Forgey and step-daughter, Suzan Bissert Fischer. Pat was a devoted wife and loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and dog lover.
