PATRICIA ANN WILLIAMS Obituary

WILLIAMS

PATRICIA ANN

Age 86, of Mt. Lebanon, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 7, 2026. Daughter of the late Dr. Wallace and June Borgman. Wife of the late Dr. Robert Williams. Sister of Natalie Bailey of Florida. Loving mother of Kim (Tom) Nixon, Michele (John) Maloy, Brian (Rochele) Williams, and Bob Williams. Also, beloved Gramma to her five "Angels," Danielle (Sean) Lejonvarn, Maxx (Amanda) Williams, Makayla (Thomas) Dickovich, Bo (Katie) Williams, and Nia (David) Scott. As well as her seven great-grandchildren: Cooper, Easton, and Rhett Lejonvarn, Maxx Junior, Paxxton, and Jaxxon Williams, and Otto Williams. Pat had many beloved nephews and nieces.

Pat was born in Kalamazoo, MI, and attended Michigan State University, where she was crowned Homecoming Queen her sophomore year. She met Bob, the star quarterback at the University of Notre Dame, on a blind date in Florida during spring break. Pat and Bob moved to Pittsburgh, where Bob pursued his medical career; they raised their four kids and made many lifelong cherished friends.

Pat loved to travel and visited countries worldwide to ski, scuba dive, and sightsee with her dear travel companions. She enjoyed the outdoors, especially the wonderful years spent at Indian Lake. There she could always be found with a houseful of people, laughter, food, and drinks! Football season was all-important to the Williams family, and Pat became quite adept at hosting tailgate parties and cheering for many college and professional teams. She was famous for her Sunday night spaghetti dinners and homemade apple pies. She would cook all day and welcome anyone who stopped, just adding another plate at the table.

Pat was a beautiful person inside and out, and modeling became a career for her. Her favorite jobs were the annual Bridal Show downtown and the Horne's department store fashion shows around the region. She could also be seen in many print and TV ads. Later in life, Pat volunteered weekly for over ten years at the Magee Women's Hospital breast cancer center. Here she found another set of loving friends.

Pat's greatest joy in life was family. She was so proud of and always a champion for her kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids. She had a special place in her heart for all of her fur babies as well. Anyone who came through her door and felt the warmth of her huge smile and big blue eyes would somehow always leave calling her "Mom" or "Gramma." She was generous and giving to all, never sparing a big hug or a sympathetic ear. It didn't matter if it was a stranger she just met or longtime friends who loved her for her warmth and selflessness. Whether making her blueberry muffins for workers, bringing gifts of colorful socks to her doctors, or holding her friends' hands in their times of need, Pat spread happiness and joy. Pat was always driven to give, and many will miss her dearly.

We would like to thank all of her wonderful doctors who cared for her throughout the years. Also, we thank the wonderful staff, nurses, and aides at Ridgecrest of McMurray and Suncrest Hospice for their loving kindness and care of Pat.
