PATRICIA LOUISE (REHAK)
Patricia Louise (Rehak) Gallagher, 87, of Plum Borough, PA, passed away peacefully on August 4, 2026, in Murrysville, PA. Beloved wife of the late Raymond G. Gallagher. Patricia was the daughter of the late Louis Rehak and Garnet (DeWalt) Rehak of Turtle Creek, PA.
Patricia was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. A graduate of Turtle Creek High School and volunteered many years to the Meals on Wheels program, making and delivering hot meals to shut in elderly individuals. Patricia loved getting together with her "Lunch Bunch" friends for luncheons, some lasting over 70 years of friendship. "Grammy" also supported her many grandchildren in their sporting events, always in the stands, cheering them on. Her humor and love for her family will never be forgotten.
She is survived by her daughter Renee G. (Gallagher) Pediconi (Gabe), and her son Jeffrey R. Gallagher (Lorine); Grandchildren, Jeffrey L. Gallagher (Rebecca), Sydney Sabo, Joshua Sabo (Kailyn), Noah Sabo and Gabriella Pediconi; Great-Grandchildren, Vivian Gallagher and Joanna Sabo; and her sister, Emily (Rehak) Orosz of Churchill. Patricia was preceded in death by her sister, Donna (Rehak) Ferguson and her brother, Louis Rehak, Jr.
Family and friends will be received on August 11, 2026, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the GENE H. CORL FUNERAL CHAPEL INC. AND CREMATION SERVICES OF MONROEVILLE, 4335 Northern Pike (412-372-2100), where a memorial service will take place at 7 p.m. Condolences may be made at www.corlfuneralchapel.com.
