SZYMANSKY

QUENTIN R.

Age 72, of Penn Hills, PA, peacefully passed away on July 22, 2026, surrounded by his family after a prolonged health battle.

Born on June 6, 1954, in Charleroi, Pennsylvania, Quentin was raised in Belle Vernon. He attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania and went on to build a respected career in banking. He had a deep appreciation for music, enjoyed tennis, and a lifelong passion for the Pittsburgh Pirates, all of which brought him great joy throughout his life. He also loved his church family, having been an elder, deacon, and Sunday school teacher at Mt. Hope Presbyterian Church, where he was a longtime member. He was also actively involved in his community, coaching youth sports and serving on the board of the local YMCA.

Above all, Quentin was devoted to his loved ones. He cherished time spent with his family and took great pride in their lives and accomplishments. He is survived by his beloved wife, Colleen; his sons, Christopher, Scott (Isabella), and Steven (Megan); two expected granddaughters, his sister, Kathy; mother-in-law, Joyce, and many family members and friends who will remember him with love and admiration.

Family and friends will be received for a viewing on Saturday, July 25, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at CHARLES W. TRENZ FUNERAL HOME, INC., 11110 Frankstown Road, Penn Hills, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15235.

Quentin's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
