RICHARD J.
Age 75, of Ross Township, went home to his Lord and Savior on June 4, 2025. For those who knew him, he had three passions in life - his love for Jesus Christ, his Memorial Park Church family and friends, and his Pittsburgh sports teams. Richard grew up in Shaler, PA and was a staple at local high school sporting events. He worked for many years at Giant Eagle, before retiring. His genuine love and concern for others was a true blessing for those who knew him.
Richard was preceded in death by his mother and father, Betty Jane Gallagher and James P. Gallagher of Glenshaw, PA; along with his sister, Sharon J. Gallagher, of Hamburg, NY. He will be greatly missed by his church family and friends. Services will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 AM at Memorial Park Church, 8800 Peebles Road, Allison Park, PA. In lieu of flowers, friends can make a donation in Richard's name to Memorial Park Church.
