RICHARD V. "DICK"

Age 87, of Penn Hills, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, Saturday, December 20, 2025. Beloved husband of Mary Grace (D'Alesio) Desiderio; father of Brian Desiderio and Robert (Dina) Desiderio; grandfather of Devin (Taryn) Jankowski; great-grandfather of Hannah Jankowski; brother of George (Mary Alice) Desiderio. Also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins. Dick devoted nearly 40 years to PNC Bank as administrator of the Southwestern PA Teamsters and Employers pension fund. He had a deep love for his family and enjoyed food, friends, his dogs, cars, pumping iron, and telling stories of his early years. Friends and family will be received at WILLIAM F. GROSS FUNERAL HOME, LTD., 11735 Frankstown Rd. (at Rodi Rd.), Penn Hills, on Sunday, December 28, 2025, from 11 a.m. until the time of a closing prayer at 4 p.m. Interment is private.
