Peacefully on Thursday, March 6, 2025 Rita Wapenski, formerly of Cleveland, OH. Beloved wife for 67 years of the late Joseph Wapenski; mother of Joseph A. (Elaine) Wapenski, Fr. Robert Wapenski, and Donald Wapenski; grandmother of 5 and great grandmother of 4. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Alexis Church,10090 Old Perry Hwy., Wxfd, PA 15090 on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. Burial will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Cleveland, OH. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Vincentian Home, vincentian.us. Arrangements by SIMONS FUNERAL HOME, INC.
