Quietly on August 23, 2025, Robert A. "Bob" Reddick, Sr., age 89, loving husband of Nancy Ann (Bodnar) Reddick (deceased) for 60 years. Loving father of Dawn Petronic (J.P.), Robin Thill (Rick), Robert Reddick, Jr. (Sherri) and Shaun Reddick (Pam). Grandfather of Heather, Tara, Noah, Zachary, Kelly, Lindsay, Emily, Matthew, Carly, Megan and Michael. Loving Great-Grandfather of Austin, Ainsley, Quinn, Maeve, Eli, Max, Emery, Abigail, Isabel, Owen, Lucy, McKenna and Sawyer. Brother of Willa, Wilbert, Jr. (Buddy), June, Norbert (Joe), and Vance, Sr.
Bob was a proud Marine Corps veteran, graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and a retired City of Pittsburgh Police Officer. In addition, Bob valued the companionship of his German shepherds, Charlie, Heidi, Fritz and Elsa over his years. At Bob's request, he was cremated. A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 8 at 11: 00 a.m. with visitors welcomed prior at 9:30 a.m. at SIMONS FUNERAL HOME (7720 Perry Highway, www.simonsfuneralhome.com) with burial to follow at Uniondale Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Wounded Warrior Project.
