ROBERT A.

Of McCandless, passed away on January 24, 2026, at the age of 92. Devoted husband of the late Jean Bennett Jenkins; son of the late Chauncey and Amelia Mattheis Jenkins; and brother of the late Lloyd Jenkins. He is survived by his sister, Norma Jenkins Leiter Johnson; nephews, Robert (Linda) Leiter, Jeff (Jeanie) Leiter, and James (Stephanie) Jenkins; nieces, Diane (Art) Ridderhof, Carol (John) Wortsman, and Marguerite Jenkins; as well as many great and great-great-nieces and nephews. He was a graduate of Langley High School and the University of Pittsburgh and worked for Westinghouse and Highmark. The family would like to thank the staff of Celebration Villa South Hills and Amedisys Hospice for their care and support. There will be no visitation. A memorial service will be planned at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Breakthrough T1D or the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
