ROBERT E. "FLASH"

Age 93, of Lawrenceville, passed away on Sunday, May 31, 2026. Husband of the late Marlene (Chirico); loving father of Lisa (Ray) Kavalir, Lynn Mosel, Philip Mosel, Paul (Eileen) Lutz, Sharon (Jim) Arcuri; proud grandfather of Sarah (Kimble) McKay, Steven Kavalir, Marissa Lopez, Daniela Lopez (Junior Crovella), Natalie Lopez, Zachary Mosel, Luke Mosel, Jonathon Lutz, Lauren Lutz, Grace Arcuri, Anthony Arcuri, Dominic Arcuri, Vincent Arcuri; great-grandfather of Hudson McKay and Noah Lopez; brother of the late William Lutz, the late MaryAnn Klein, the late Gerry Peitz, the late Janet Schultz. Flash is also survived by loving relatives and friends. Friends will be received on Friday from 8:30-10:15 AM at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, 806 Perry Hwy., A Mass of Christian Burial will be in St. Teresa at 10:30 AM on Friday. Interment will be private.

Known to all who knew him as "Flash", he was born in 1932 and raised in Lawrenceville. Flash has rejoined his beloved wife, Marlene; parents, Edward and Mary; and siblings, William, MaryAnn, Gerry, and Janet. Flash was fortunate that he was able to live in his dream home with Marlene for many years. It started as summer camp "UP THE RIVER" but became their riverfront oasis where friends and family were always welcomed. If you needed something fixed or required a tool, the instruction was to "Go see Flash". He was the go-to neighbor for all repairs and projects. Flash loved woodworking in his shed, decorating anything and everything with this whimsical painting. Countless children have enjoyed his rocking horses. Flash was a proud member of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local 249.
