Age 83, of McCandless Township, passed away peacefully on June 15, 2025.
Beloved husband of 60 years to Marie Anthony "Toni" Smith; loving father of Robert Tynes (Laura Arcadia) Smith, Jr., Bill Smith, and Tim (Michael McElmury) Smith.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Lois Jameson Smith.
Robert was a proud U.S. Army veteran and devoted his time to volunteering at UPMC Passavant Hospital. His quiet strength, steady presence, and generous spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Alexis Church, St. Aidan Parish.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Ladies of Charity, c/o St. Aidan Parish, 10090 Old Perry Highway, Wexford, PA 15090.
