Age 75, of Highland Park, on Monday, November 10, 2025. Partner for 26 years to the late Larry W. Swearingen; son of the late N. John and Helen Wagner Tamiggi; brother of Patricia (Ronald) James and Jack (Janet) Tamiggi. Robert was a graduate of the Pittsburgh Beauty Academy and worked for many years as a cosmetologist. He was affectionately known as "the man who could make people beautiful". At Robert's request, services will be private. In lieu of flowers, please make all memorial contributions to the ASPCA.
