ROY BRACKEN
Age 73, of Dormont, passed away on Friday, February 21, 2025. Beloved husband of Carol Ann (Moessinger) Negley. Dear father of Melissa Negley-Gott (Ryan) and Daniel Pritchard. Brother of William Cypher (Linda), Lillian Jahn (Ralph), Sally Porti (Alex, deceased), John Cypher, and the late Glenn Negley and David Cypher. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Roy was the sole proprietor of Negley Tire Service, South Side. He was a member of the Asbestos Workers Local # 2. Roy also worked for the State of PA with PennDOT, and the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, and was a member of AFSCME Local # 2613. Family and friends are welcome, 2-4 and 6-8 PM, Tuesday, February 25, 2025, WILLIAM SLATER II FUNERAL SERVICE, 1650 Greentree Rd., Scott Twp. 15220. Mass of Christian Burial 10 AM, Wednesday, February 26, 2025, in St. Catherine of Siena Church, St. Teresa of Kolkata Parish. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to St. Teresa of Kolkata Parish, 1810 Belasco Ave., Pgh. 15216.
