Of Scott Township, passed away on Saturday, July 4, 2026. Loving mother of Barbara Johnson and Kerri (Matthew) Anderson, stepmother of James (Rachael) Moore, Colleen Moore, Sandra Moore, and Jennifer Moore, and adored grams to Sage Anderson, Isaiah Anderson, and Emmy Moore; beloved wife of the late James Moore; daughter of the late Darl and Anna Bell Elkin. She was the oldest of seven, Diane (Ray) Campbell, Dennis Elkin, Roger (Mel) Elkin, the late Darlene (Norm) Barrett, Gary (Darla) Elkin, and Karen (Don) Kern. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a retired case management supervisor at the Allegheny County Area Agency on Aging.
