Age 93, of West View. Born January 12, 1932, passed away on Thursday, February 20, 2025, at the Cumberland Crossing Manor, in McCandless Twp. Beloved husband of the late Mary Joan (Cavett) Wolfinger. Son of the late Stephen and Margaret Wolfinger.

Father of Debra Hollingsworth, Stephen (Roberta) Wolfinger, Gary (Donna) Wolfinger, Blair (Janet) Wolfinger and Margaret (Christopher) Erickson; companion of Shirley Robick; brother of the late Margaret Vicheck and Dorothy Eckerle. Grandfather of Heather (Michael), Will (Stephanie), Chad (Courtney), Eric, Matthew (Danielle), John (Kaylan), Jessica (Brandon), Christopher (Gwyn), Rebecca and Analese; Great-grandfather of Kate, Claire, Rylee, Teagan, Theo, Cameron, Allison, Abigail, Wesley, Avonlea, Arthur and Theodore. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Steve was a loving and hard working husband and father. He loved to play cards, dance and paint. He enjoyed taking vacations with family and friends. Steve had a great sense of humor and made friends wherever he went and he loved a good Manhattan.

To celebrate and honor Steve's life, family welcomed friends on Saturday, February 22, from 1-7 p.m., at SCHELLHAAS FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 388 Center Ave., West View, PA 15229, where a Blessing service will follow at 7 p.m.

The family would like to thank the nurses, aides and staff at Cumberland Crossing and Hope Hospice for their Kindness and Compassion while our father was in their care.
