Steve was born on May 16, 1956 in Columbus, Ohio. He attended American University for his undergraduate studies and Kansas University for graduate school. Steve spent many wonderful years with his wife, Jill, whom he married on May 21, 1977 in Napoleon, Ohio. He took pride in his work as the Municipal Manager of Mt. Lebanon, PA for 14 years. Steve had previously also been an Assistant City Manager and Graduate Intern for Mt. Lebanon early in his career. Most recently, Steve enjoyed his work as the CAO and Trust Administrator at MRM Trust where he was employed for six years. He built many lifelong friendships throughout his career and was a member of the International City Management Association (ICMA). Steve was a longtime contributor to the public administration graduate school accreditation program and also participated in Local Government Academy.
