STEVEN G.

Age 70, of Easton, PA and formerly of Pittsburgh, PA, passed away Saturday, July 18, 2026, in St. Luke's Bethlehem Hospital.

He was born November 16, 1955, in Pittsburgh, and was son of the late Steve and Mildred (Cvitovac) Galetich.

Steve was a 1973 graduate of Allegheny High School in Pittsburgh. For about 32 years, he worked as a local tractor trailer driver in the Pittsburgh area. In 1996, Steve married his wife, Donna, and they resided in Pittsburgh for 22 years, until his retirement in 2018, when they moved to Forks Twp. During his employment, Steve was recognized for safe driving with many awards from his company. Steve was a member of The Sons of the American Legion, Operating Engineers Local 66 and St. Mary's Lyceum Catholic Church in Pittsburgh. He loved Pittsburgh sports and prior to his cancer diagnosis, enjoyed fishing and golfing. Steve and Donna shared time at the movies, casino, with family and friends, and at their favorite destinations in Ocean City, MD.

He will be missed by his wife Donna, of 30 years; his sisters, Sandy Galetich and Patricia Barley (Rich); his brother-in-law, Gil Demos; nieces and nephews, Andrea and Allison Demos and Aaron and Adam Hines. He was loved by his extended family, in-laws, Cindy and Tim Fehr, Amy and Alan Mertz and Tina and Ken Bryfogle; many nieces and nephews and his beloved dogs. He was preceded in death by his sister, Debbie Demos.

Funeral services will be held privately. A public celebration of life in Pittsburgh will be held at a later date. Arrangements by ROBERT W. SNYDER FUNERAL HOME, Riegelsville, PA.
