SUZANNE JOY (PELLARIN)

Age 68, of Robinson Township, passed away peacefully, on November 21, 2025. A devoted Catholic with an unwavering faith and a deep relationship with God, Suzanne lived a life defined by compassion, strength, and love. Suzanne was known for her sweet and nurturing spirit, her natural charm, and her unwavering strength. She poured her heart into her children, her work, and her faith. Born on October 19, 1957, Suzanne was the daughter of the late Valentino and Mary (Mazzarini) Pellarin. Suzanne is survived by her four children, Regina, Carmen, Julian (Aurora) and Jerome (Megan); and her grandson, Grayson. She was also preceded in death by her siblings, Dale and Marianne. Suzanne spent most of her life in Pittsburgh. She founded the Givi School of Music, where she taught piano for more than two decades, sharing her passion for music with hundreds of students. She also served as President of the Pittsburgh Piano Teachers Association, reflecting her leadership and commitment to music education. Earlier in life, she owned and operated her own floral shop, bringing beauty and joy to her community through her artistry. She had a profound love for animals — she lived as a vegetarian for many years and crocheted countless kitty blankets to bring warmth and comfort to animals in need. Her legacy lives on in the music she inspired, the lives she touched, and the family she cherished. Family and friends will be received at WILLIAM SLATER II FUNERAL SERVICE, 1650 Greentree Rd., Scott Twp., PA 15220, (412-563-2800), on Monday, from 6-8 P.M., and Tuesday, from 2-4 P.M. and 6-8 P.M. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, beginning at 9 AM, at the funeral home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, beginning at 10 A.M. and interment in Resurrection Cemetery.
