Of McCandless, passed away peacefully, on Monday, August 11, 2025, after a long illness, at the age of 68. Loving father of Michael Clemens, Eric Clemens (Danielle); their mother, Michele Clemens. Kevin Clemens (Elena), Jeff Clemens (Erin); their mother, Laurie Clemens. Grandfather of Zoey. Brother of Lynne Penco (Mike) and Carol Brown (Ed). Uncle to Matthew Penco (Carolyn), Christopher Penco (Lindsay), Jessica Penco and Emily Brown. Tom attended the International School of Brussels, was a graduate of North Allegheny High School and the University of Pittsburgh. He enjoyed spending time with each of his children and granddaughter; a Pittsburgh native, massive sports fan and music lover. Friends will be received at H.P. BRANDT FUNERAL HOME, 1032 Perry Hwy., Pittsburgh, PA 15237, Sunday, August 17, from 12-4.
