Age 70, of Kennedy Township, formerly of McKees Rocks, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 27, 2026. She was preceded in death by her parents, Peter, Sr. and Barbara Leone; and her sister, Paula Headrick. Vicki leaves behind her brother, Peter (Alice) Leone, Jr.; her sister, Linda (John) Brunick; and her brother-in-law, David Headrick. Vicki will be missed by her nieces and nephews, Jamie (Adam Hurley) Headrick, Jackie Harris, Michael (Denisse) Headrick, Maggie Leone, Zoe and Ella Brunick; and her great-nephew, CJ Harris. Family and friends are welcome for visitation on Friday, June 19, 2026, from 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., at the ANTHONY M. MUSMANNO FUNERAL HOME, INC., 941 McCoy Road, McKees Rocks (Kennedy Township), PA 15136. A Blessing Service will be celebrated on Friday, June 19, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. in the Musmanno Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be donated in Vicki's name to Family Hospice, 310 Fisk Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15201.
