CAROSONE

VIRGINIA (GUC)

Age 91, of Morgan, PA, passed away peacefully, with family surrounding her, on Thursday, February 19, 2026. Loving mother of Bruce Carosone and Nancy (Carosone) Jasek; proud grandmother of Taylor and Sierra Jasek; aunt of Wayne and Tom DiOrio. Preceded in death by her husband, Rudolph "Rudy" Carosone; parents, Zygmunt (Ziggy) and Nellie (Peltz) Guc; sister, Shirley Deak; and brother, Bill Guc. Virginia was a very social person and enjoyed her community. She was an active member and deacon at Gladden Presbyterian Church, where she volunteered countless hours, teaching Bible study class, as well as baking and cooking for different church celebrations. She was always ready to have fun and was the life of the party wherever she went. You could catch her at the bowling alley,where she played in a league, or polka dancing with her husband during weddings, dances and many other social gatherings. When she and her husband took the dance floor, all eyes were on them. Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, from 5-7:30 P.M., at BEINHAUER-FRYER FUNERAL HOME, 430 Washington Pike, Bridgeville, PA 15017. Additional visiting hours will be held at the funeral home, on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, from 11 A.M. until time of service at 12 P.M. Interment to follow at Melrose Cemetery in Bridgeville, PA. All are invited to a funeral luncheon, at Napoli in Kirwan Heights, starting at 1:30 P.M.

Virginia's only request was for all her loved ones to get together and celebrate her wonderful life by sharing memories of her. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Virginia's name to Gladden Presbyterian Church or Animal Friends Animal Shelter.
