WILLIAM ANDREW "BILL"

William Andrew "Bill" Leger, of Oakdale, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on June 27, 2026, with his mother and father at his bedside. He was born in November 1990 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, son of Barbara and William Leger.

Bill was a graduate of South Fayette High School and the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, where he earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He was employed by Rockwell Automation as a Project Manager.

Bill was an Eagle Scout, a reflection of his lifelong appreciation for the outdoors and his commitment to integrity, service, and perseverance. He enjoyed spending time outside, but his greatest joy came from being with his family and friends.

He was fortunate to have a wide and close-knit circle of friends, formed both in childhood and during his college years, relationships that remained an important part of his life.

Bill is survived by his loving family, including his mother and father, Barbara and William Leger; his sister, Stephanie Leger; his brother, Daniel Leger and his wife Ashley and their son Grant; his brother Matthew Leger and his wife Katrina and their son Lukas; three uncles, Andrew (Katherine) Leger, Michael Leger and James (Debra) Lukas; and many cousins.

He is also remembered as the grandson of Steven and Mildred (Riggs) Lukas and Andrew and Anne (Posteraro) Leger.

Bill will be remembered for his kindness, his steady presence, his love of the outdoors, and above all, the deep loyalty and care he showed to his family and friends.

Funeral arrangements by BEINHAUERS. Friends and Family are welcome at 2828 Washington Road, McMurray, PA 15317, on Wednesday from 3-7 p.m. and Thursday 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. Interment in Robinson Run Cemetery.
