Age 99, of White Oak, died Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at home. He was born October 18, 1926, in East McKeesport, a son to the late George M. M. and Kate Knight. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Carmella (Moffa) Knight; and his twin sister, Jenny Armen. Bill was a graduate of East McKeesport High School and the University of Pittsburgh and worked as a self-employed Public Accountant, until the age of 91. He was an Army Air Forces veteran of WWII and also a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He was a former longtime member of Broadway Presbyterian Church and was an active member of Linway Presbyterian Church, where he took great pleasure singing in the choir. He was a member of the White Oak American Legion. He is survived by nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 4 to 7 p.m., Friday, June 5, at the FORGIE- SNYDER FUNERAL HOME, 1032 Broadway East McKeesport. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, June 6, in Linway Presbyterian Church, 600 Lincoln Highway, North Versailles, PA 15137. Those attending, please go directly to the church. Interment with military honors will follow in Penn Lincoln Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, a contribution can be made to Linway Presbyterian Church.
